This is a mixture of the Catuai Rojo variety, produced on our farms located in the highlands of the mountainous regions surrounding the Boquete Valley, and at altitudes ranging from 1300 to 1750 meters above sea level, with mostly abundant volcanic soils, organic matter, and managed with controlled shade. 

With a strict selection for maturation at the time of being collected on the farms, thus ensuring that it delivers its maximum quality in flavor. 

Our Specialty Premium is processed in our Natural version, which ensures that this product maintains all the quality delivered by the plantations without omitting any contribution that this fruit provides

Its flavour profile is complex and intense, being able to stand out, with medium citric acidity, which makes a very good balance with its fine, abundant, soft and pleasant body. With sweetness mainly of ripe fruits, passion fruit, and complemented by a slightly floral note that rounds out its flavor. Its residual flavor is clean, pleasant and long-lasting.
