Geisha is the most revered coffee varietal in the world. In its washed form, it becomes something singular — stripped of distraction, every delicate note allowed to speak for itself.

Our Geisha Washed is grown at Finca Horqueta 1, nestled in the volcanic highlands of Boquete, Panamá at 1,500 meters above sea level. The washed process — where the fruit layers are mechanically removed before drying — preserves the Geisha’s intrinsic character with extraordinary clarity. What you taste in the cup is pure terroir: the altitude, the volcanic soil, the mountain air.

Expect a refined, tea-like body with a silky mouthfeel and a luminous finish. The aromatics are unmistakably Geisha — jasmine in bloom, ripe apricot, lemongrass — carried on a bright, citrus-tinged acidity that lingers long after the last sip. It is a coffee that rewards attention.

THE TERROIR

Finca Horqueta 1 sits within one of the world’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Rich volcanic soil, a natural shade canopy, consistent altitude and year-round water supply from an on-site creek create the ideal conditions for Geisha to reach its full potential. Every cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness. Processing is done on our own closed-loop mill — traceable from nursery to roast date.
